Step 1: Apply

Step 2: Application Form
After short-listing, an application form will be sent by email which must be returned within 2 days. (Our Timescale: within 5 working days).
Step 3: Assignment
You will be given an opportunity to highlight your skills by completing a small task related to the relevant position. .(Our Timescale: will be informed of the assignment given as each role differs).
Step 4: Assess
At ADA Engineering, we offer various options for two-way communication during the hiring process. Depending on the role, location, and timeliness, we may initiate our dialogue with you via telephone, Skype interview or through a traditional in-person interview. We recognize an interview should serve a mutual benefit. (Our Timescale: within 8 working days).
Step 5: Acceptance & Offer
It’s decision time. Our team works equally hard to ensure the right hiring decision is made for you and ADA Engineering. Offers are sent by email. If you are not selected for a particular role after your interview, you will receive communication from a member of our team.
Once you’ve accepted an offer at ADA Engineering, you will receive additional details about your new position and how to climb the ladder to success. (Our Timescale: within 14 working days).
